ABOUT OUR MEETING ROOM AND PAVILLION
To Rent the Meeting Room or Pavilion, the rules are as follows: Club members or those that have sponsorship by a club member need to go through the clubhouse bar. If they are a member, or their sponsor who is a member just needs to see the bartender and check for availability of the date, fill out the form and pay by check or money order. If they have further questions then the bartender will refer them to the chief bar steward Sabrina Sikora.
Non-members and those without sponsorship from a member and/or they want free use or a discounted rate for either the meeting room or pavilion need to contact Tom Moriarty, Chairman of the BOD, and ask for a special appearance at the next Board of Directors meeting to present their case to the board for consideration. The bar hours are Tuesday through Thursday 6PM – 10PM, Friday 6PM – 12AM, Sat & Sun 12PM – 8PM and the phone number is 845-534-3240.
